What counts as a small home move?

Most 1–2 bedroom houses, Houston-area townhomes, and duplexes fit into our flat-rate model. Rule of thumb: if your stuff fits in a 16-foot box truck plus a cargo van, we can do it flat-rate.

Small home moves usually fall into our 2-BR tier at $549 flat. For larger 2-BR homes with garage storage or heavy items, we quote a custom flat rate — still transparent, still no hourly clock.

Included: Box truck + cargo van, 3–4 crew, disassembly and reassembly, padding and dollies, stairs, drive time. Same as apartment moves.

Logistically, very similar. Small homes just have more square footage and sometimes more furniture. Pricing tier is usually the 2-BR rate ($549 flat) or a custom flat quote for larger layouts.
Do you handle townhomes with 3 stories?
Yes — Houston townhomes are often 3 stories. Stairs included, no surcharge. Typical 4–6 hour move.
What if my house is too big for flat-rate?
We tell you upfront. If your move needs more than one box truck and multiple crews, we quote a custom flat rate — never an hourly bait-and-switch.
Can you move a small house to storage?
