What we handle daily

  • Stairs and walk-ups. Most Heights, Montrose, and Rice Village buildings have no elevator. No extra charge.
  • Narrow hallways and tight turns. Older Houston buildings have small door frames. Pivot tricks, blanket wraps, disassembled bed frames — we’ve done it.
  • Loading dock reservations. Downtown and Midtown high-rises require elevator bookings. We coordinate with the building, not you.
  • Tight street parking. Montrose, Rice Village — we know where to stage the truck so the crew isn’t walking three blocks with your stuff.
  • Pet and plant handling. If you have a cat in a carrier or a 6-foot fiddle-leaf, we keep them safe or leave them for you to transport.
  • Move-in same-day. Lease turnover Saturday, move in Saturday afternoon — we do this every weekend.

Do you handle studio apartments?
Yes — studios are our lightest-weight move at $299 flat. Typical studio move takes 2–3 hours. Includes truck, crew, disassembly, padding, and drive time.
What about 1-bedroom to 1-bedroom moves?
That’s the most common move we do. $399 flat — crew, truck, disassembly, no travel fee, stairs included. Typical 3–4 hours on-site.
Can you move from a walk-up apartment?
Yes. No extra charge for stairs or walk-up buildings. Whether it’s 1 flight or 4, the flat rate stays the same.
Do you move high-rise apartments?
Yes — Downtown, Galleria, Midtown high-rises. We coordinate elevator reservations and loading dock bookings with building management.
What if my new apartment isn’t ready when you arrive?
We can wait up to 30 minutes at no extra charge. Beyond that we may shift into a same-day reschedule — but this is rare and we call you first.
Do you do apartment-to-storage moves?
Yes. Same flat-rate applies. Common for students storing over summer, or between-apartment transitions.
