What’s not included (so you know).
We’re transparent about the edges of our service. These aren’t in the flat rate:
- Packing labor & materials. Boxes, tape, wrap paper, and physical packing hours are optional a-la-carte. Most renters pack themselves.
- Long-distance moves (50+ miles). Houston metro is covered flat-rate. Beyond that we quote by route.
- Storage. We’re movers, not a storage facility.
- Specialty items. Pianos, safes, hot tubs, items over 500 lbs need specialty equipment we don’t carry.
- Gratuity. Not required, appreciated. Your call.

Is there a deposit required to book?
No deposit. We confirm your slot by phone or text and bill the flat rate after the move is complete. Card, cash, Zelle, and CashApp all accepted.
Can I get a firm quote before booking?
Yes — the flat rate is firm the moment you book. Tell us apartment size and zip codes and you’ll get the exact price in 60 seconds. No bait-and-switch.
Same rate on weekends?
Yes. $299 studio, $399 1-BR, $549 2-BR — same rate Monday through Sunday. No weekend surcharge. Weekday moves (Mon–Thu) get an extra $50 off.
What if my move takes longer than you expect?
Flat-rate means flat-rate. If we estimate 3 hours and it takes 4.5, you pay the same quoted price. That’s the whole point of flat-rate — the risk is on us, not you.
Is tipping required?
Not required, always appreciated. Most renters tip $20–$40 per crew member after a good move. That’s your call — the flat rate doesn’t include gratuity, but nothing about our service depends on it.
What about long-distance or 50+ mile moves?
Our flat rates cover moves inside the Houston metro. For moves outside the service area (50+ miles), we price by truck, crew, and route — still transparent, just not published on this page. Get a custom quote.
Packing materials — included or extra?
The crew, truck, blankets, dollies, and disassembly are all included. Boxes, tape, wrap paper, and packing labor are optional a-la-carte. Most renters pack themselves and book us for the load-in/load-out.
